A1. Harmonica And / B1. Easy Going
Another big one from the Swedish maestro Sven Wunder.
There are washes of optimism in the opening bars of 'Harmonica And….’. Just like the beginning of a film soundtrack, it entices signals that something is about to happen. It’s full of riches, goodness, and vitamins that revitalise and replenish you after the darkness. A musical spell with a mix of soothing, orchestrated library funk, Brazilian percussion, open drum breaks, and of course, a harmonica that tips its hat to the legendary Ennio Morricone.
On the flip, ’Easy Going' sounds like it would be at home on a lost Brazilian Trilha Sonora Original Da Novela (original TV Soundtrack From The Novel). Once again, Sven has assembled beautifully orchestrated strings that swirl over bubbling keys, snappy drums, and our friend the harmonica reappears, bringing synergy to both sides of this glorious 7" single.
