Another much needed release in Freestyle Records new re-issue series. Stepping up is a catchy crossover electronic-funk / pop / Balearic / Street-soul jam by the UK band State Of Grace from 1983. The instrumental version of 'Touching The Times' was compiled by Nick The Record on his 'Under The Influence' compilation. Well recommended.
