Love this one, a fantastic re-issue by Freestyle Records. The only record by the all-female group Spoilsport from 1980; a cool mix of DIY Modern-Soul & Jazz Funk grooves. 'You Gotta Shout' has a slight LA AOR-soul vibe to it.
