Invisible City Editions re-issue another anthem, this time the 12" version of Oluko Imo's 'Praise Jah'. Oluko Imo was a Trinidadian multi-instrumentalist and member of groups including 'Black Truth Rhythm Band'. He relocated to New York City in the 80's and divided his time between teaching music and touring with Fela Kuti, as both his manager and part of the band. The influence of New York can defiantly be heard in this tropical disco masterpiece.
