Resources to Help Support Racial Justice

In solidarity with the Black Lives Matter movement, we'd like to focus attention on a few organisations/actions we believe can help continue the fight for racial justice and support real change across the world.

  • Participate in the 'Solidarity In Surf' worldwide paddle-out - taking place on June 13th, 11:30 am around the Palace Pier, in association with Black Girls Surf

  • Join the Black Lives Matter march in Brighton on 13th June. Starting at 1:30 pm at Brighton's Palace Pier. Please be aware of the need to continue social distancing. Wear a mask and bring your own hand sanitiser.

  • Support Black-owned businesses at a local level.

Donate to the following institutions and funds:

  • Black Visions Collective - a Black, trans and queer led organisation dedicated to dismantling systems of oppression to create long-term change in the USA.

  • Campaign Zero - a platform that utilises data and research to seek policy-based solutions to end police brutality.

  • George Floyd fund - the official GoFundMe page to support the George Floyd family.
